Shipping
Orders typically ship same day if received by 12 pm Pacific Standard Time via UPS. Standard delivery normally takes 7-10 business days. You have the option to select second day delivery or next day service at an additional charge. Returns
We want to be sure you are satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, we will gladly exchange it or refund your account. We will not refund shipping costs. The purchase must be returned in its original packaging within 15 days from the day of receipt. Since Mameete is not responsible for the product once it leaves our store, we strongly recommend that you send back your purchase with an insured carrier.
